Our management philosophy is based on open communication, support, team spirit, and training, with the aim of enabling every employee to feel valued and able to give their best in order to provide every client of faunik ADVENTURE with an unforgettable experience.

All our counselors are required to have up-to-date first-aid training. If necessary, faunik ADVENTURE will make the necessary courses available to its future employees. In order to ensure high-quality instruction, all our trainings are led by an expedition team leader and reputable trainers.

So that we can offer animation programs that will enable each client to learn a bit more about the flora and fauna of the park, and about the importance of reducing our ecological footprint as much as possible, the park wardens share their knowledge of the natural environments in which our camps are held with our employees.

Above all, faunik ADVENTURE is an organization that seeks to provide each of its clients and employees with experiences that they will never forget. After all, we are shaping nature lovers, creators of unforgettable moments, and real fans of fun and life…
